H.O.G. Haven w/ Lynyrd Skynyrd - Aug 27-31
The Washington County Fair Park becomes an Official Harley Davidson 105th Anniversary Campground called H.O.G. Haven! The campgrounds will be open Wednesday August 27th through Sunday August 31st with live music, vendors, and food available all weekend long! Come for the camping...or just come for the party!
To kick off the celebration, Washington County Fair Park - H.O.G. Haven welcomes the legendary southern-rockers Lynyrd Skynyrd to the main stage on Wednesday, Aug 27th at 8:30PM. The concert is included with your paid H.O.G. Haven admission: $5 for H.O.G. members / $8 for non-members. Early admission tickets are available at the Fair Park office or by calling 262-677-5060.
Motorcycle parking is available on the fair grounds. On 8/27, automobile parking will only be available at off-site locations with shuttle bus service. Oak Creek Lions Fest - Aug 29 - Sept 1
It's the 2008 Oak Creek Lions Fest! Friday, Aug 29th through Monday, Sept 1st at the American Legion Post 434 on Shepard Avenue (3 blocks north of Ryan Rd) in Oak Creek! Free Admission & Free Parking!!
Games and rides for the kids, with special wristband ride days on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Great food all weekend, with a Fish Fry on Friday night and delicious pork & beef Sandwiches Sunday and Monday. Raffles and even a Bike show on Friday night and Bike Poker Run on Sunday!
Oak Creek Lions Fest has two stages of live music every day! Friday night features Good Intentions and the country music of Chasin Mason. On Saturday night, rock to the music of Six Pack (formerly Barry's Truckers) or party with The Toys! On Sunday night, rock to the music of Category X or the country music of the Twang Dragons. On Monday (Labor Day), Pat McCurdy takes the stage 2-430P. Then Nashville Rejects and the rock of The Sociables closes out the fest!
